Great post Meegan. I mainly buy my antioxidant vitamin and multi-vitamins supplements online but I have to admit I never even knew that there was synthetic vitamins. Thanks to your post I will have to look into it in more detail, because as you say there is no point paying for them if they are doing me little or no good.
Im a Certified Personal Trainer and I love it, I own my own business called Nu-U Fitness (www.nu-ufitness.com)How I Started Gettin my body into shape:
Well, honestly I had an eating disorder for about 2 1/2 years and decided one day that it was not healthy and I needed to fix it. I started working with a trainer my first year of college and was hooked!
Personal Goal:
I honestly want to inspire those that are having difficulties with eating disorders and their self image, because I know what that feels like, I have been there. And if you have someone you can look up to that has been through what you have been through then it makes it a little easier. I want to be here for those that need a shoulder to lean on and for the right direction and guidance because I never had "that someone" to help guide me and I took a couple of really bad turns and got very lost. Remember, God loves you and your body is His temple. Keep it healthy and strong because that is how He intended it to be.
