I started working with a trainer my first year of college and was hooked! Personal Goal: I honestly want to inspire those that are having difficulties with eating disorders and their self image, because I know what that feels like, I have been there. And if you have someone you can look up to that has been through what you have been through then it makes it a little easier. I want to be here for those that need a shoulder to lean on and for the right direction and guidance because I never had "that someone" to help guide me and I took a couple of really bad turns and got very lost. Remember, God loves you and your body is His temple. Keep it healthy and strong because that is how He intended it to be.
